The Awakening - By Julie Kay
Something that has become increasingly obvious to me through the many people I attract through personal appointments and workshops is the mass awakening that is occurring at the moment. A lot of people are coming to the conclusion that things need to change and are now ready to start making those changes. There are also a lot of people that are being drawn to discover their spiritual essence and this may have always been there but they now have a deep desire to discover what this means in relationship to who they are and their purpose and direction. If you have a 7 in your numerology chart you will really be feeling the energy to move in the direction of your purpose you chose to experience in this life time. The 7 is the psychic, the healer and the teacher and there are many modalities that come under any of those headings. This energy is not just contained to the 7 by any means, all numbers and energies are affected by this universal influence and I have singled out the 7 because of its specific energy and knowing that many are certainly being given the wake up and some times that can be via a universal shake up.
Why is it happening now? It is perfect timing for this to be happening now. There are a couple of reasons, many of us chose to come to the earth plane to help lift the universal consciousness through our own awareness and the time to awaken for many is now. The mass consciousness of the universe is lifting faster and faster as this happens our own consciousness lifts with it and the veil of who we think we are starts to fall away naturally and is replaced with the consciousness that attracts and demands us to discover who we really are and what this is really all about. This is not something that will resonate with you just because some one tells you about it, it’s much more than that, its a feeling and a knowing that you are more than who you think you are and when you have this awareness you will know exactly what I am talking about. If you have this inner desire and inner knowing that this universe and the consciousness contained in it is more than what we have been led to believe, then you too are one of the many that are awakening to their true heart and self. It is time to discover you.
You won’t discover you through your conscious mind. Your conscious mind is the mind that controls you with constant thought and thinking. This mind forms a belief system made up of a combination of your life experiences and your perception of your experiences. If through out your life your experience has been one of turmoil and struggle then your conscious mind will contain a lot of limiting beliefs created by your past experiences and perceptions. This will give your mind quite a limiting belief system when it comes to who you think you are and what you think you can do. This becomes evident when you find yourself judging yourself or others, feeling guilty, feeling fearful, worrying all the time, worrying about what others think, constantly trying to prove that you are good enough to yourself and others. This will exhaust you, make you very unhappy keep you constantly searching for that someone or something to make you happy and tells you straight away you are not connected to your true heart and self.
Through the sub conscious mind you will discover how to heal yourself and who you truly are. You will discover that all consciousness is linked and that you attract to you your own conscious thoughts, feelings and lessons. You will discover that judgement guilt, worry, fear and competition to prove worth are just aspects of your ego self that you are struggling with and needing to release. The higher the universal consciousness lifts the higher your own higher conscious awareness will lift and the more you will begin to feel the need for change and for a higher understanding. We all have free choice as to what to do about these changes and there will be some who will not want to go with the lifting consciousness they are already evident within their own life struggle as they fight against themselves, their truth and others. This is why as the consciousness lifts we unfortunately will see a lot more mental health issues, drug and alcohol abuse and violence.
So how do you discover your subconscious? The subconscious is only available when you have trained your constant thinking and thoughts to be quiet. This can be practised through meditation or yoga or just sitting in nature and not thinking but sitting with the awareness of everything that is around you and being totally present. Have a quiet mind and the intention to discover your subconscious and then follow the path way that the universe provides for you. You may be guided to take a class, read a book or to look for information on the internet. Self discovery is a journey and if you don’t know which class or books then sit in the quiet and feel it. Allow your subconscious to tell you what feels right? Remembering everything you do will contain an opportunity to learn and grow so nothing is in actual fact a wrong decision.
